NAMSAN WORKS' unpowered fan TUF is now available as the second generation MK2, further enhancing its perfection. Designed and manufactured by a research team from Seoul National University's Turbo Machinery Research Lab, applying aerospace engine research and development technology. Since its debut in 2022, its unique structures, such as the central heatsink and boosting skirt, have become industry standards, making winter tent interiors warmer and more comfortable.
Operating Principle (THERMOELECTRIC UNPLUGGED FAN)
* When placed on a stove, the temperature difference between the bottom hot plate and the top heatsink generates electricity in the built-in thermoelectric generator (TEG).
* The generated power drives the motor, creating a downward airflow to circulate warm air to all corners of the tent.
* No external power source needed; it operates simply by placing it on the stove.
