Price negotiation accepted Used Panasonic FY-30KW IAQ-V

This is Panasonic's simultaneous intake and exhaust ventilation fan, model FY30KW-W. It is white. It was installed in a new house and used for about 2.5 years. It was operating without any issues until it was removed.
It was removed because of excessive humidification in the living room, which caused mold to grow in some areas. The heat exchange element also has some mold.
I intended to clean it and use it, but I've given up and am listing it for sale.
The outdoor filter, FY-FDD2012C, was dirty so it has been discarded.
The outdoor hood is not included.
Nothing other than what is shown in the photos is included. Mounting screws are included.
Would be suitable for parts.

It is being listed without the mold being cleaned. Please refrain from purchasing if you do not understand this.
