Dog Wheelchair - Red and Black Polka Dot

I had this custom-made by Himawari-san on Mercari about a year ago.
It was only used indoors.
While there are signs of use, it is solidly built and I believe it can still be used.
My dog weighed 3.5kg.
I do not have the exact measurements from when it was ordered, so please consider the size of the wheelchair in the photos.
The height can be adjusted slightly with the straps.

I do not accept price negotiations.
Thank you for your understanding.
