Antique Three Graces Carved Mother of Pearl MOP 800 Silver 3 Cameo Necklace Vtg

Beautiful and unusual antique or early vintage necklace featuring three carved mother-of-pearl cameos depicting The Three Graces, the classical mythological figures traditionally associated with beauty, charm, and grace.  The necklace features a large central oval Three Graces cameotwo smaller coordinating carved cameos. The mother-of-pearl has beautiful flashes of silver, pink, lavender, and green that shift beautifully in the light.   Metal: The main necklace components are unmarked but have been acid tested and reacted similarly to known 800 silver pieces, but does not have a hallmark so the exact metal content is not guaranteed. The clasp, marked MET8, is likely base metal and tests differently from the main necklace. The contrasting twisted gold tone rope edging has not been tested for gold content.
